Basicdoll limited edition
Basicdoll features : Basicdoll is made up for those who want to learn the doll styling process at mrs.ah doll. You can meet the Basicdoll edition only at English web site for limited number each month. We are looking forward to your lots of interest.
**There are two make-up options so, you can choose make-up either by the creator of doll or by mrs.ah.doll.In case of make-up by the creator, only 1 to 2 doll could be made up a day according to the creator's schedule.**Basic doll's make-up by the creator might not be ordered in case the total make-up numbers are over 30 to 50 a month in both default, collection and basic doll.
*** The creator's signature inside doll's head will be only for Default and Collection dolls.
*”Samantha Herren” Basicdoll default : assembled BJD (head and body), Product certification, Guide book, (special gift : eye balls,Wig)
- Guide book is only included for Samantha Herren.
- Eye balls are not bolted into and with no make-up.
- MakeUp and , shoes are optional (extra costs)
***It is illegal to copy and sell the purchased doll.
The doll should not be used for comercial demonstrating and advertising without any agreement with the creator and mrs. ah doll in advance.

Delivery process
1. As soon as your payment is checked, order reproducing the original doll to our reproduce team and send you a delivery schedule e-mail.
2. After finishing a reproduction, the creator chooses the best reproduced doll for herself.
3. The creator starts making up the doll. (no using air brush)
4. Wrapping (the creator writes her signature on it.)
5. Shipping (International Express Mail Service)
6. Meeting
1 to 5 : It takes 7 to 15 business days.
5 to 6 : It could vary between 3 to 7 business days according to overseas localities.
*Default and Collection are given make-up by the creator for herself.
The creator makes up only two dolls a day because of her persistence and schedule.( including default and collection)
Delivery period : It depends on each country or local situation.
But it takes usually 12 -30 days including days for reproducing and delivery.We start to reproduce as soon as we check your payment.And it is not possible to cancel the order after completing payment.The delivery is via EMS(Express Mail Service). It takes 5-7 days to deliver from Korea to your country, but the delivery time in your country could be differnet because of local situation.Also, if dolls are limited item for importing by your customs law, you could have some problem with picking up the package.To avoid this problem, you better check the law to your goverment before ordering dolls.When shipping, we write down the item as doll for collecting or decoration work.Sometimes you could pay customs yourself to pick it up.So, please double check your customs law before ordering.Please let me know your Address and any notice by email or 1:1 Q&A when your check everything and order. (Address/Any request for customs/Item : doll for collect V, decoration work, BJDoll.)
*Please take a moment to get some consultation before you make an order! After you order & pay, it is impossible to cancel the order because your payment will be primarily charged for the highly expensive French Resin to produce the body of the doll you ordered. When you have to cancel your order during the process, you will have to be received only the remainder from the total expensed amount, which will have been spent for the materials, labor, and etc. until the date your cancelation.
