Delivery process
1. As soon as your payment is checked, order reproducing the original doll to our reproduce team and send you a delivery schedule e-mail.
2. After finishing a reproduction, the creator chooses the best reproduced doll for herself.
3. The creator starts making up the doll. (no using air brush)
4. Wrapping (the creator writes her signature on it.)
5. Shipping (International Express Mail Service)
6. Meeting  

1 to 5 : It takes 7 to 15 business days.
5 to 6 : It could vary between 3 to 7 business days according to  overseas localities.
*Default and Collection are given make-up by the creator for herself.
The creator makes up only two dolls a day because of her persistence and schedule.( including default and collection)

Delivery period : It depends on each country or local situation.

But it takes usually 12 -30 days including days for reproducing and delivery.We start to reproduce as soon as we check your payment.And it is not possible to cancel the order after completing payment.The delivery is via EMS(Express Mail Service). It takes 5-7 days to deliver from Korea to your country, but the delivery time in your country could be differnet because of local situation.Also, if dolls are limited item for importing by your customs law, you could have some problem with picking up the package.To avoid this problem, you better check the law to your goverment  before ordering dolls.When shipping, we write down the item as doll for collecting or decoration work.Sometimes you could pay customs yourself to pick it up.So, please double check your customs law before ordering.Please let me know your Address and any notice by email or 1:1 Q&A when your check everything and order.
