The products of Mrs.A.H. are shipped from South Korea and the delivary can be restricted or in different delivery policy depending on International destinations. Please refer to the Shipping & Handling Information for the possible delivery countries and Shipping rates. The delivary time also can be various depending on the destinations and products in order.
-If you are a New Customer, you will need your Order Number to track your order at Order Status;
-If you are a member of Mrs.A.H. (www.herrenadoll.com), please input your ID and Password to track your recent orders or history of your orders at Order Status;

2. Shipping Costs
According to the Sales Policy of Mrs.A.H.Doll Internet Shoppingmall (www.herendoll.com) , the customers in the USA, Japan, China, and other countries will have to be charged with Shipping & Handling fee. The Shipping Costs will be various depending on the customer's ordering places and can be checked at the Delivery Information.
If you received the inccorect product than your original order or it was damaged during shipping, Mrs.A.H.Doll will charge for all the expenses of Return & Exchange.
