*PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE.

 Shopping Mall and its affiliates ("we") permit you to use this site, subject to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"), which we may update from time to time without notice to you. Please check these Terms periodically for changes. By using this site after changes have been made to these Terms, you agree to the changes.

1. These Terms and Conditions May Change
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the C1 Shopping Mall Website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this Website.
2. Prices
All prices are set by  Shopping Mall with the following conditions
  • Unless otherwise stated all prices quoted are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and exclusive of freight and its insurance.
  • Prices of products may be altered without notice.
  • All backorders at the time of any price change will not reflect the new price.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order, or any part of an order, for any reason whatsoever.
3. Payment

a. Unless a prior agreement has been made with Shopping Mall, your order of Customize Ball Jointed Doll will not be produced & shipped until full payment is received.

b. Goods may be paid for by PayPal only.

c. Payment by PayPal will not be considered payment until it has been fully cleared through the banking system into Shopping Mall's bank account.

d. If an agreement is made where Shopping Mall has agreed to extend credit to the Customer, the following conditions apply:

  1. Payment is to be made within 2 ~ 7 days after filling out the Order Form.
  2. Your Order Form will be automatically removed when you do not confirm your payment by PayPal during the extension days.
  3. We may withdraw credit facilities at any time without notice.

e. No Cancellation--it is unalterable to cancel your order after you made Payment. Your order of Customize Ball Jointed Doll @Mrs.A.H.Doll is sent to the manufacturing workshop for its individually duplication procedure once you make your payment. Please make your final order & payment with discretion.

4. Risk, Ownership and Delivery
  • Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer at the time of delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for insurance from the time of delivery.
  • Property and ownership of the products will remain the property of  Shopping Mall until payment has been received in full. The purchaser also acknowledges and agrees that a security interest in the goods is given in favour of  Shopping Mall pursuant to the Personal Property Securities Act 1999.
  • The customer agrees to pay all delivery costs.
  • Any quotation of delivery times by Shopping Mall are made in good faith, but as estimates and not as commitments.
  • We will not be responsible for non-delivery, delay in delivery or performance, nor for any loss or damage whatsoever caused directly or indirectly by any force majeure. This shall include (but not be limited to) any act of God, natural disaster, flood or earthquake, strike, lockout, fire, war, civil commotion, inability to obtain products or supplies including the imposition of any export or import bans or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
5. Return & Exchange

**Mrs.A.H.Doll packs and ships only the qualified products without any defectiveness, which have been proven by all three steps of careful examination. However, when the customer received the incorrect or damaged products due to the delivery procedure, please contact the Customer Service Center @Mrs.A.H.Doll. Mrs.A.H.Doll will immediately respond and kindly inform how the customer can get return & exchange of the incorrect or damaged items through its sales policy.

1) Return & Exchange policy I

a. When the item has been fully opened and assembled, Mrs.A.H.Doll does not admit and process any claim for the Return & Exchange according to its sales policy.

b. When you e-mail your claim for the damaged or incorrect item within 10 hours from the item arrival and return it in 10 days from your claim date, Mrs.A.H.Doll charge all of the expenses for return & exchange according to its sales policy. *Depending on the item, sometimes the customer needs to charge its return & exchange process according to the sales policy.

c. Mrs.A.H.Doll only accept the claim for Return & Refund for the defective products.

* The lists below are presenting the things can be assumed as a defective manufacture, however, they are naturally formed by its handcraft procedure. Mrs.A.H.Doll does not accept the claim for Return & Exchange of the purchased products with reasons of;

i) Few microscopic air bubbles, which can be found, but they are hard to see visually at once;

ii) Slightly parting Lines, which do not cause any damage when parting the doll's clothes on/ taking them off;

iii) Various makeup options, for an example, ear piercing;

iv) Slightly different tones of skin color comparing to the other dolls, which are natural due to its handicraft coloring work;

v) Different ratio of the skin color changed by exposing to the Sun. The Ball Jointed Dolls are duplicated with 100% French resin and their color can be changed slightly by the ultraviolet rays. The doll's changing color is usually caused by the way of the owner's care of their dolls;

vi) The color in the image could look slightly different from the actual product.


2) Return & Exchange Policy II

 

**Most items may be returned or exchanged within 20 days of your product's shipping date.

i) Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards & certificate of the product and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer of Mrs. A.H.Doll.

 

ii)All Products sold by Mrs. A.H.Doll Internet Shopping Mall must be returned for exchanged ONLY within 10 days from the date the product arrives at the orderer. No credits or refunds will be given for any Products sold by Shopping Mall. Shopping Mall offers 10 days warranty on any defective or incorrect Products to be exchanged with a same type you originally ordered.

 

iii) All unauthorized returned products will be refused and shipped back to the sender. Please consult Manufacturer's website for compatibility and technical Specifications before placing or finalizing the order.

 

iv) If your return is Not due to our error, you will be asked to charge the shipping costs.

 

v) Discontinued or Special event discounted products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or exchanges will be made.

 

vi) If you did not receive all of the products ordered, please contact our customer service department by e-mail or phone. All claims must be made within 7-20 days, depending on the destination, after receipt of shipment.

**Some products are not returnable under any circumstances - please see the important exceptions outlined below.

i) Products which are improperly packaged.

 

ii) Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering.

 

iii) Products with any standard certification labels removed.

 

iv) Products or packages with barcode label removed.

 

v) Products with SERIAL NUMBER which does not match SERIAL NUMBER on invoice.

 

vi) Any dents, scratches, defacement or abuse of base casting.

 

vii) Torn or punctured tape seals.

 

viii) Loose, damaged or removed screws/fasteners.

 

ix) Discontinued or end of life products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or exchanges will be made.

6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. All information gathered by us from you in connection with your use of this site will be governed by the provisions of the  Shopping Mall "Privacy Statement". We do not control the privacy practices of those sites to which we link and, therefore, we encourage you to read the privacy policies of those sites.
7. Information Liability
We shall not be liable for any discrepancies between products listed on our website and hyperlinks to manufacturer websites. Shoping Mall Ltd shall also not be liable for any changes product manufacturers make to their web pages.
