| How to place order to the shopping cart |
| There are four steps in which you have to complete for the online order to be processed. |
Step 1, You will either login as a return user, or be ask to enter your ID and a Password to create a new account for you. You will then go on to finish step 1 with your billing and shipping information as well as the credit card info. After which the account has been created, you then need to confirm shipping address again on Step 2. Step 3, Allows you to choose payment methods with different credit cards. Step 4, As soon as your order is processed, it will be shipped.
After you have select the product that you wish to buy, click "Add to Cart" and you will see the product in the shopping cart. Click "Checkout" and continue to fill out the online order form. If you wish to cancel the order, simply press "Remove." If you wish to continue to shop, click "Continue Shopping" and it will bring you to the home page again. |

:: Order & Payment When you fill out the Order form of your Customize Ball Jointed Doll, please make your payment @Paypal.
When you make payment, please use the same name of the orderer and the payer. All of the orders are sent to the manufacturing or delivery process right after you confirm your order and payment. The available payment methods are VISA, MASTER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS through Paypal.
:: Cancellation
It is unalterable to cancel your order after you made order & payment. Your order of Customize Ball Jointed Doll @Mrs.A.H.Doll is sent to the manufacturing workshop for its individually duplication procedure once you make your order and payment. Please make your final order & payment with discretion. |

| Return & Exchange Policy |
Mrs.A.H.Doll packs and ships only the qualified products without any defectiveness, which have been proven by all three steps of careful examination. However, when the customer received the incorrect or damaged products due to the delivery procedure, please contact the Customer Service Center @Mrs.A.H.Doll. Mrs.A.H.Doll will immediately respond and kindly inform how the customer can get return & exchange of the incorrect or damaged items through its sales policy. **Please remind the facts below; a. When the item has been fully opened and assembled, Mrs.A.H.Doll does not admit and process any claim for the Return & Exchange according to its sales policy.
b. When you e-mail your claim for the damaged or incorrect item within 10 hours from the item arrival and return it in 10 days from your claim date, Mrs.A.H.Doll charge all of the expenses for return & exchange according to its sales policy. **Depening on the item, sometimes the customer needs to charge its return & exchange process according to the sales policy.
c. Mrs.A.H.Doll only accept the claim for Return & Refund for the defective products. ** The lists below are pesenting the things can be assumed as a defective manufacture, but they are naturally formed by its handcraft procedure. Mrs.A.H.Doll does not accept the claim for Return & Exchange of the purchased products with reasons of;
i) few microscopic air bubbles, which can be found, but they are hard to see visually at once;
ii) slightly Putting Lines, which do not cause any damage when putting the doll's clothes on/ taking them off;
iii) various makeup options, for an example, ear piercing;
iv) slightly different tones of skin color comparing to the other dolls, which are natural due to its handycraft coloring work;
v) different ratio of the skin color changed by exposing to the Sun. The Ball Jointed Dolls are duplicated with 100% Franch resin and their color can be changed slightly by the ultraviolet rays. The doll's changing color is usually caused by the way of the owner's care of their dolls;
vi) the color in the image could look slightly different from the actual product. Most items may be returned or exchanged within 20 days of your product's shipping date.

- Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards & certificate of the product and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer of Mrs. A.H.Doll.
- All Products sold by Mrs. A.H.Doll Internet Shopping Mall must be returned for exchanged ONLY within 10 days from the date the product arrives at the orderer. No credits or refunds will be given for any Products sold by Shopping Mall. Shopping Mall offers 10 days warranty on any defective or incorrect Products to be exchanged with a same type you originally ordered.
- All unauthorized returned products will be refused and shipped back to the sender. Please consult Manufacturer's website for compatibility and technical Specifications before placing or finalizing the order.
- If your return is Not due to our error, you will be asked to charge the shipping costs.
- Discontinued or Special event discounted products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or exchanges will be made.
- If you did not receive all of the products ordered, please contact our customer service department by e-mail or phone. All claims must be made within 7-20 days, depending on the destination, after receipt of shipment.
Some products are not returnable under any circumstances - please see the important exceptions outlined below.
- Products which are improperly packaged.
- Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering.
- Products with any standard certification labels removed.
- Products or packages with barcode label removed .
- Products with SERIAL NUMBER which does not match SERIAL NUMBER on invoice.
- Any dents, scratches, defacement or abuse of base casting.
- Torn or punctured tape seals.
- Loose, damaged or removed screws/fasteners.
- Discontinued or end of life products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or exchanges will be made.
